Media Volume

As soon as I plug in to the headphone jack, my media volume goes to zero. I can't find anywhere in the settings to disable this. My original EVO never did this. Any ideas?

Settings-sound-volume-music/media, set it loud as you like it from there.

I've already done that. It's some kind of trigger that only happens when I plug in to the headphone jack, the volume goes to zero.

Could it be your pressing down on the volume buttons when plugging in the head set?
