Media wont play through Blueant S4 anymore

I guessing since the last EVO update something happen where my Blueant S4 is not being recognized to play media. Phone calls no problem. The Blueant wont show up in the device list in the music player but it shows that the media output is the S4.

Problem solved their was a issue with my Audio Manager Pro profiles muting the media volume on profiles where of shouldn't be muted.
