Why is my settings app disappearing seconds after i tap on it

I have been trying to go on settings i can't access to mh settings app on my samsung A03 core

I have the same problem, none of the solutions have worked for me
I went into safe mode managed to disable google play still nothing
Looked for that wellbeing app but I actually deleted it a while back so can't find it
Any other suggestions?

Another thing people are saying is delete your cache but how do i do that when i can't access the settings
their suggestions was to press all the bottoms and that recovery menu is meant to show up...but my samsung goes directly into safe mode
Please help...I am travelling south america and now i cant get wifi on my phone anymore, which means i have no access to my money

I would try clearing the cache for Settings and the Partition cache. Then restart the device.

Go to play store and uninstall digital wellbeing. Your problem will be fixed. I'm not just telling, I just fixed a Samsung A03 core.

You Shakya are a genius!!!!!! I've just taken 20 seconds to go to my play Store apps and clicked uninstall digital wellbeing. Although it only disabled the app, the action worked and I can now access settings on Samsung A03. Many thanks

This is the correct answer. I have just done this and voila i can now use my settings again. Genius level simplicity by shakya.

Since this seems to be a widespread issue, apparently only for the Galaxy A03 Core, I would strongly suggest sending feedback to both Google and Samsung about how Digital Wellbeing is causing the problem.

You tap on it and no response?
You can use the pulldown notification panel gear icon for settings menu.
