Please im using android phone Infinix smart X5010. My front camera has turned up side down.

i set it to default using the camera settings but it still turned upside down. i have restart the phone several times and its still the same. Also, I had wanted to change the camera from using the front and rather use the back camera instead but its that option can also not be found. Please help me reset it

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If I try viewing my picture after it is always upside down .... What is the solution pls ....

Welcome to Android Central! Are you taking the shots in portrait or landscape? Is Auto-Rotate turned on?

Is the auto-rotate toggle on your phone active? If not, the sensor might not support rotation other than portrait/landscape and will always have a 'top' and 'bottom' side that's fixed.

What, exactly, do you mean by "the camera turns upside down"? The display is upside down? Or something else?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen when you're holding the phone in both portrait and landscape orientation? Is Auto-rotate turned off?

Please I am having issues with my camera. When I snap a pic it's upside down

Try clearing cache,data,force stop.the camera app ,by long pressing the icon tap info then scroll to storage clear both and back out one and force stop
