How do I enable the sector 8 tablet draw over other screens or display over other screens

I need to figure out a way to get around to the lock or whatever is on the scepter 8 tablet that makes it to where you can't enable or disable the display or draw over other screens because I wanted to play those games where you can you know earn points or whatever and unfortunately that is one of the main permissions that you need to Grant to actually earn the points

I saw videos but I can't find the display over apps special feature I need help

Easiest way is to open phone settings and use the search bar at the top to search for it. Search the words display over or special. Or you could open phone settings and go to apps and then find the app you want the setting for and click it to open up app info. Then scroll down and you will see the permission. Also another way is settings->apps->special apps access->display over other apps. Without knowing what you're trying to do it's possible you might need the picture in picture setting instead and you can find that in the same place also.
