Membership and Deals Not Working On Lock Screen

The membership cards and deals used to work when the phone is on lock screen. Now I have to unlock the phone in order to use them. Every time I try pressing the buttons nothing happens. I also noticed that even getting the app to come up sometimes doesn't work on the lock screen as well... Is this a known bug or issue?
