Memo from my own number. Cant play it nor remove it. Help pls

I have this memo from my own number in the notification panel. Its a voice memo from WhatsApp and I can't play it or remove it. But how did it come from my own number and is it a virus? I make a lot of transactions online with this phone. And I don't want to endanger my credentials. Please help me.
