I tried to take some pics yesterday and I got a pop up that said my memory card was full and I'm not exactly sure how or what's taking up all the space on my card. I am still using the original card which should be more than enough space for what I do. I did copy a few folders over from my OG Evo, (basically some apps and pics) but I'm not sure what is taking up all the space. I also havent taken that many pics or videos that would be the problem. I downloaded Astro file manager to see what's on the card, but it still left me confused. I want to get a bigger card, but I want to know what files I need to copy to have the card function properly with the phone.

Your best bet is to plug it into a computer in Mass Storage mode, and browse the file folders on the SD card from your PC. It should give you more information about what files are taking up all of the space. At the worst, you could copy over whatever pictures/videos/files you need from the card, then format the card using the phone to wipe it. Then just move whatever you'd like back over.

let's also not forget that the green hornet movie is located on your SD card.

Aha. I completely forgot about that since I got a refurbed Evo 3D and just moved my SD card from my Epic. That makes way more sense for that to be taking up the most space.

Thanks for the tips....I'll hook it up to my computer tonight and try to clear some space.

Back when i had my EPIC, and it was rooted, i would do NAND back ups and those were between 200-400 megs each. I was doing them almost weekly. That quickly added up.
