Memory full ???? samsung kies

Hi there,just a quick question,hope someone can help me,I`m using kies to download games to my Galaxy S4 19505,now although my memory,both on kies and the phone ,are showing that I have 7GB free space,kies is not allowing me to download any games,a message comes up saying that I haven`t enough space on my device ?????? what ??? but I have 7GB ...Whats going on ..Anyone?
