Memory is full, but almost no files.

Hi, can someone please explain to me why is my memory full and can I do something about it?

This is how the phone memory looks like. It is a galaxy s7

It's not showing the size of system in the list so that's why its confusing. My system is 22gb, but phones vary. 32 gb really isn't much these days.
