Verizon Galaxy S8 Merge calls...

Have a new S8 and need to make a conference call on the cell this afternoon, so I thought I would test it this am.

When I get two lines called, no MERGE options/button presents itself.

Any ideas if there is a setting I need to adjust?
 
From what I have been reading this MAY be a feature that is setup, OR disabled, by your carrier. You should probably contact them.
 
Oddly enough, Verizon tech support helped me figure it out.

In my testing, I was calling my office line twice and for some reason it did not offer a merge option, but when I call two different numbers, it does.
