Message count

I am not getting the little message count on my messages icon to show me how many I have is this an option ? I just came from the iPhone so don't remember if is an option. Thanks in advance for your help.

Don't think it's an option ..have you tried changing the messaging options to see if there is one that puts a number on the icon

You'd have to use a different launcher. Nova has this option.

Correct, Nova Prime with TelsaUnread add on.

You don't have to change the launcher - TeslaUnread works perfectly with various programs like WidgetLocker.
