Just moved from an iPhone 4S to a Samsung Galaxy S4 and was using Kies to transfer my contacts and text messages.
Contacts move fine but the messages get to 51% and get stuck. I've reset the phone back to factory defaults twice and same thing happens. Also, it seems like 99% of that 51% are received text messages. I've only been able to find one text message that was out going that it copies over.
If they didn't transfer at all I'd say oh well and give up but I hate being this close to being able to keep my old messages and not being able to get over that hump.
I've searched all day and have not found anyone with a similar problem.
Any thoughts?
