Can anyone tell me how to turn off the stock message program. I am using handscent and it works great but the stock program in my app drawer still shows messages. The notifications in the stock program are turned off

Unfortunately it's sense so it's going to do that. It reads your unread text count and displays it regardless of whether or not you're using it.

You cannot turn off stock, just turn notifications off!
