MessageCS above threshold

Watchdog keeps telling me that MessageCS is going above threshold, this has been happening quite a bit recently. Any thoughts on how to fix this or why it is happening?

It's been awhile since I've used watchdog but if I'm not mistaken just increase the % on that app, or "whitelist it"
