Messed up a Kernal flash. Help Please

I have been running skyraider on my Tbolt with stock kernal, but was getting poor battery life. I read over on rootzwiki that others are using imoseyon lean 5.2.0, so i downloaded and flashed the kernal. Now it is stuck in boot loop, it shows white HTC screen, then skyraider animation, then "HTC quietly rooted," then repeats. I tried to go into Hboot and recovery, but it will not let me use the volume down to go to recovery, it just allows me to reboot. I'm not sure if I accidentally flashed a kernal that is not compatible with skyraider. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I hope I didn't ruin this thing.
