Metal or Plastic?

I assumed the sides of this phone were plastic being a budget Moto phone in the G range but I'm seeing youtube videos, some say the phone is all plastic some say the sides are metal

Can anyone confirm for sure if it is plastic or metal?

The sides of my Moto G4 Plus feels like metal.But I have read that it is plastic with a metal finish.

Yeah afaik it's plastic and shiny plastic around the sides to look like metal kek
I don't care, the phone is way to thin so I have a nice rugged case over all that, just so it feels sturdy in my hands.
