So I finally stopped bojangalin and bought the mhl adapter. I figured it would be plug n play but that's deff not the case. Something I'm not doing right?

Oh, thought you were talking about the (MHL) Minor Hockey League.

What's it not doing? What have you figured out so far?

It is plug-n-play. Just make sure the adapter is plugged into a wall charger. That's the mistake that most people make (and I've made it several times).

I tried the one from Monoprice and it didn't work at all, then I order the Samsung one from Android Central and it works great!
