MIC not working PLEASE HELP

When people call me I can hear them but they cannot hear me unless I put it on speaker.

Please help

Check the opening of the primary phone mic and make sure it isn't clogged with lint or other debris. If it's pretty clear, then the mic itself probably failed. Contact OnePlus for warranty repair.
