AT&T Galaxy S8 Mic not working.

This happened a while ago and i keep forgetting to get it checked out. I can't talk on the phone because the mic doesn't work even when on speaker mode. Also the headphone jack doesn't work with ANY headphones I use. The only time I can use headphones are when they're Bluetooth which wouldn't be bad but that's also the only time I can talk on the phone (if the headphjones have a Mic on them)

Welcome to Android Central! Does that also happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34283. If so, then it's a problem with the hardware or firmware. Is the phone under warranty? I'd look into getting a replacement if you can -- don't do anything that might void the warranty.
