Sometime during call one speaker work in z2.. Louder or mic other person cant listen to me plz guid me how to fix this

Sometime during call one speaker work in z2.. Louder or mic other person cant listen to me plz guid me how to fix this

1. check that your mic hole is clean and that a case is not covering it.
2. make sure you always talk near the mic hole.
3. try a earphones with mic like Apple EarPods to test.
4. if all else fails do a hard reset back to factory fresh state and reinstall resync everything manually. back up and sync your data first.
