What is supposed to happen when you insert the micro SD card?? How do I access the information on the card?

When you insert the SD card into the phone, nothing should really happen. If you go to Settings- Storage you should be able to see the capacity of the SD Card. By default, apps, music etc will be stored onto the SD card, and you can access the various files through apps. (Songs, open Music player. Photos, open gallery). If you want a hand-on use of the SD card use an application like Astro File Manager to access the SD card.

To transfer files to the SD card, plug the USB into the PC and select MTP, or Disk Drive. You can then access the content of the SD card. Does this answer your question?
