Re: Micro SDXC Card

This card bit the dust after about 8 months. So awaiting a response from Samsung but how hard is it to get a replacement under warranty?

Re: Micro SDXC Card

I received that card in Oct 2015. Mine died a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't format the card. I just started with the warranty replacement last weekend. They sent me instructions on Monday about what to do but I couldn't get to it until yesterday. Lets see how long this takes. I'm starting to wonder if I don't have a counterfeit card. They asked me to send in a picture of the back of the card.

Good Luck on your replacement card.

I had to also send a picture of the card (front/back). I sent the card in last Thursday via 2 day air mail. I just receive the replacement card (same exact card/adapater) today. It was sent overnight via ups.

So all in all it was a 13 days from initial start to replacement at doorstep. Of course I have the label for a couple of days before I could send it out. (in case anyone has an issue and needs a replacement under warranty *10 years*)

I shipped mine on or about 7/23 and had my new sent overnight and received on 8/5. Pretty good customer service on Samsungs part.

Samsung is pretty efficient when it comes to this stuff. I had a Note 8.0 tablet that had a defective battery. They emailed me a shipping label to print out, I taped it on a box and launched it the next day. In less than 2 weeks I had my tablet back with a brand new battery in it. Can't complain about that at all. Good to hear that replacing their microSD cards is just as simple.
