Micro USB to Micro USB OTG cable

Hi,

Can someone tell me if I get the above mentioned cable, will i FOR EXAMPLE be able to take data off my dash cam and transfer it to my Galaxy Tab S2 ?

Or should I be looking at another cable ?

That would depend more on the dash cam. Do the instructions that came with cover downloading the data? What protocols it has available would determine what it can do. I would also look on the web cam's manufacturer's website.

Thanks. The dash cam was just one example.

I have another, hopefully simpler way. I transfer the data from the dash cam to my laptop and then load the data onto a mini usb OTG stick.

I need to know which one will work with my Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 SM-T813.

It should, I've used an OTG cable and SanDisk 64GB micro drive to transfer video files between laptop and memory card on the tablet.
