Anybody else have a lot of "wiggle room" when the micro USB is plugged into your n9. I plug it in & am able to move it around quite a bit, though it still charges my tablet. Its probably just mine but thought I'd ask if you guys might have the same issue?

Could be just the USB cable. Do you have a different USB cable to try?

I switched to a Samsung cable last night, still have the same amount of play. Its quite a large amount of free movement. Really just interested to see if anybody else has the same issue or if you guys have rock solid lockup when plugged in. I may contact HTC later on but it doesn't seem to be that big a deal as long as the N7 does charge. Nothing I'd be willing to ship her off over after I just got the thing :)

I checked my N9 and it does have a little side to side movement but it is securely connected and didn't break connection. I don't believe it's the USB port itself, more like the housing /opening is a bit bigger and allowing some movement.

Yep that's probably it, just a larger amount of room in this port than any other device I've ever owned.
Thanks for the feedback - puts my mind at ease ;)

I hope in the long run the play in the ports does not cause any of us trouble :)
I'm ultra careful not to bump mine while plugged up (not that I'm any less careful with other devices).

Yeah hopefully not. I really wish this tablet had wireless charging though. :(

Granted it would have been a little awkward with such a big tablet though :)

That's one of the reasons I'm sure. Do you know if the nexus 10 had wireless charging?

Nexus 10 was also without Qi charging. I guess besides the size problems you mentioned - it would take a battery the size of an N9's a long time to charge compared to smaller cell phone batteries. Plus possible heat issues due to Qi pads.
