Hi, I have been using a LG p370 (also called LG optimus black) for the last one year. I have a strange problem. When I get onto conference calls (India 1800* numbers) & click the mute button on the touchpad, the phone does not mute & people can hear all the noise around me. I have to then use the option given by the conference call provider to mute the call.
I do not have this issue when I am in a one-on-one call with another person, the mute button seems to work. I find this really strange, even if mute is failing it should fail at all times ?
Does anybody else have an issue of the microphone not muting when the mute button on touchpad is pressed.
I am still using the 2.2 OS that came in, yet to move to 2.3.
