microphone icon on keyboard

i believe i deleted this by accident, is there any possible way to get this back?
i was deleting some APPS and i didn't think that feature was an app, but now i don't have the option to use the voice control text and i know it was there two days ago when i bought the phone, even used it just for experience. any help would be greatly appreciated!

the only thing I could see you deleting is the Google voice search, which I don't think is the same as Google voice to text.

as for keyboard, look in the keyboard settings, usually by holding down a certain key to access alternative functionality.
also look in the android settings, language and input, perhaps you need to enable voice at the keyboard selection area.
