Microphone not working have to restart phone

Hi..

So my microphone stopes working no "okay google" or people hearing me. But okay again once I restart. Happened twice now within month.

Should I factory reset? Or something.

It's not the end of world as I carry earphones with me everywhere so incase I have an important phone call I'm covered that way.

But this isn't a coincidence now. This never happened pre MM update btw.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. Galaxy Note 4 Safe Mode: What you need to know | Android Central


If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
