Microsoft Exchange Account help pls...

Hi
I tried to config my corporate email account with s4. It takes all settings OK and account is crested and even I get the message that test mails is on its way!!!... but when i open the inbox it keep on loading,,no mails will drop...pls help..
 
Are you sure your corporate server allows you to retrieve e-mail from your phone? My company requires the phone's ID to be authorized after configuration to allow use; otherwise it will never load. Also remember that the phone loads the standard configuration for Exchange accounts; yours in particular might need more advanced configuration (secure connection, special authentication, special ports, etc.) and you would need your IT department to provide you with this configuration info.
 
Yes i checked this and Exchange Active Sysnc is default config for all users and so there is no issue on that side...
have selected SSL as well... but the issue is something else...
 
The native email client is somewhat weak. Try an alternate email app like K9, Kaiten, etc. I personally recommend Aquamail and I believe it does support Exchange natively (check app description).

Try this!!! Go to Settings, Accounts, Exchange, Settings, Touch on the account, Period to sync email and Check all.
When I did this it took a few minutes to sync but all is working fine.
 
No progress... i am really sad....
And i didnt find someone so far with same issue!!!!
I tried to contact Samsung India (since I buy it from there) and they says GT-i9500 is not for that region>>> dont know its from which regions so that I can contact the right team..
