Microsoft Exchange

I have set up my work email acocunt via microsoft exchange and it is working fine. HOWEVER, whenever I get a text message to my cell phone - it also shows up in my work email. That never happened with my iphone. Is there anyway I can prevent this from happening - it is my personal cell phone and I do not want personal texts also showing up in my work email account.
