Microsoft Office with Note 10+

Is Microsoft office free with the purchase of a Note 10+?
If not - are there any deals?

MS Office is free for any device with a screen under 10 inches. For larger screens, an Office 365 subscription is required to create documents but opening documents is free on any device, regardless of the screen size.
