Microsoft outlook and cm

I currently running cm 6.1.2 and I'm having a problem with my work email...I receive email with no problem...but everytime I send a message it just goes to my outbox. My settings are correct as are my passwords and servers ...is this a cm problem or is something up with the email account

You're leaving a lot of information for us to assume...

- What mail client? the default?
- How are you connecting/getting your mail?

I'm assuming you're using pop3, as inbound and outbound email have different settings. If this is correct, ensure your outbound settings are right.

You should use EAS if you're not already. EAS push > pop3 technology from the 1990s.

I'm using the stock email that comes preloaded on cyanogen

Trying to get/send email over 3g

All of my account settings are input correctly

The server is pop3 and the outgoing is stmp

Not sure what EAS is...
