I am new to the Android Market, as I have been using the Blackberry all along...and of course I can't set up my email to my office...help?
T-Mobile can't help, HTC can't help, my IT people can't help

Ok, so it was my password, it had too many characters in it. I changed a few of the characters and got past the initial set up screen. (YAY)
Now when I get all the way to "new Account" and Account Name, it get this: Error - Failed to created the account. Please try again later.
Thoughts?
(I work for a smaller company and my IT Team is quite small...)
