I've tried and it's definitely snappier... kind of bummed that the screen still doesn't show up immediately after waking it.

I've been running it for two days now. Performance wise, it destroys stock. I'm running this rom with the supercharger script and sd speed increase. I have had zero issues except from the lack of a really accurate battery gauge.

im a complete noob. I have no idea how to install this using his directions.. I really am lost. can anyone hold my hand on this?

i have tried it a couple times...my thoughts on it are that its pretty decent for a start. HOWEVER...i would really like to have the calendar stay and also the stock alarm clock. gmail and maps are available on the market but the calendar isnt.

ive also had alot of problems with my stock keyboard in general...in the minimal x ROM the stock keyboard is fine but when im rooted with stock ROM the keyboard freezes when i use punctuation marks. can someone send me a link to the keyboard apk and the keyboard odex and maybe gi e me some instructions on re installing? i would say im an intermediate user that can understand how to do most instructions. and no...opening the apk in the file browser to install does not work. lol. ive even tried cutting and pasting and then cutting and pasting back into the /system/app/ directory and then opening the apk.


***UPDATE***

ok, i got everything i wanted installed. it was as simple as copy and pasting it into /syste/app/ and turning phone off then on. so now im running minimal x with the zeam launcher and there is still like over 100mb available RAM. lol
