Mirgrate from Windows phone to Galaxy S5

GF has a Nokia Lumina 822(Windows OS) We are looking for a way to move everything from the windows phone to the Galaxy S5. When I say everything I mean texts, photos, contacts, EVERYTHING.
What is the best software to do this?

Can you bring it to a Best Buy or your carrier's store? They usually are pretty good at this.
