Missed call notification in CyanogenMod 12

Hello,

I've installed CM12 in my mom's Condor. She found that the phone was not giving notifications of Missed Calls (the one's that come while you're in line with someone else). Is this a known bug with the CM12 ROM or due to a setting in her device?

Also, the option to Change Sim during call is not there.
