Missed Call Notification

Hello All,

Love the ANdroid phones, but my wife does not like the way the missed cal is displayed at the top of the screen. She tells me she cannot see the icon withouit glasses.

Is there anyway to make a missed call more like a dumb phone and in bigger letters show Missed Call from 313-555-1212?? Or is there an app out there that I could not find that would provide that function?
