Nothing built in, but you could try the app IFTTT. Not sure, but they're the most likely thing I can think of.

I don't think there's anything specific for missed calls, but if you go into Settings > Accessibility, there is a 'Notification Reminder' option, where you can choose have a sound or vibration occur at regular intervals as a reminder for all your missed notifications.
