Missed calls not showing up/calls not being recieved

Anyone having issues with people saying they called you multiple times but your phone never rang and you don't even get a missed call? It happened a couple weeks ago and then again today. My wife called me 3 times and she said it would ring a couple times then go to voicemail. Finally my phone did ring on her 4th attempt. We both have verizon and I was on my way home and I don't have service issues on my route.

How long has it been since you both have rebooted your phones? You can also try clearing the cache partition of both phones. If it persists you may want to take it to Verizon. You might need a new sim.

I used to work for Verizon so I know a bit about cell phones I just recently had my best friend tell me that my Galaxy 7 is not receiving phone calls she tried calling me several different days at different times and it does not show in my call log and it's not ringing
