I just got a new Tablet and when I went to MY APPS in Play Store it is not listed. It was an App I paid for , but it no longer shows. How do I correct this, so I can download it on my new Tablet?

Just install the app on your tablet and run it. Most developers allow their paid app to run on multiple devices belonging to the account owner so when the app is run on the tablet, the app will read the account (if it hasn't already during the download) and will enable the paid version. If you run into problems, just contact the app developer.
