Missing many MMS after Nougat update, TMO

My S7 Edge, Tmo factory original. Was working well on Marshmallow 6.0.1
I have two different notifications that i get from fire dept and from another source IPN.
Both services worked perfectly before the update. In fact i got pages from each literally an hour before i updated Friday.
Both are sent to my number@tmomail.net
Whats interesting is the IPN page will come to my pager if its a short page. Most are over 160 characters so its interpreted as MMS. However since the update it no longer happens. I have received a page or two but they were short and under the 160 character limit so they came in as SMS. I have the option to split into two texts and when that happens i am now missing the first and always get the second.

I have received pics from a friend and have received very long texts/mms as well. So im GUESSING its an issue with the @tmomail.net service and maybe nougat mms issues?
Can anybody else see if they have missed messages after going to Nougat on TMO.

Thanks in advance. My next option is to hard reset but i really dont want to do that.

Not sure if this will be of any assistance or not, but when I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, I had issues sending/receiving MMS when connected to wifi. I adjusted the APN Settings per this link: https://support.t-mobile.com/thread/61843?tstart=0

Maybe worth trying before the factory reset...?

I was using my own APN to use IPv4 but for the last 24 hrs i have been on the factory original APN. Both worked prior to 7.0 and neither are fixed the issue.

I really think it has to do with using the number@tmomail.net Those two services are the only ones giving me issues and both use that address.
Texting and MMS from other phones work great.
I even sent an email to number@tmomail.net and that did go through.

Hard reset didnt fix it.
Going to switch to my HTC 10 with nougat and see if thats also affected.
