Missing market apps on Gingerbread "OTA"

Some of the apps I used to have before I installed the rooted "OTA" Gingerbread leak are MIA. When I search for them in the market they just plain aren't there. TFLN and NHL Gamecenter are the two I'm missing the most so far.

Is this a known issue, and if so is there a fix?

Yes this IS a known issue and P3Droid twittered a Market Fix awhile back for the first Ginger that went out. I flashed it for this last Gingerbread build .588 and it worked!

save to sd and open w/ any file manager.

(Search for QuickClock Advanced in Market, if it shows then your GOLDEN)

What about stock OTA manual install of GB... Most of my downloads - free & paid - were there and dl ok. But, there were three PAID that disappeared. They weren't showing in My Apps list when viewed via my X, but they WERE there if I checked My Apps via laptop! Plus there was a 3 rd party app connected
to my printer that was there and downloaded on Froyo, but is not there now.

However, if I do a search via my laptop, the app is there! Also, the My Apps part of Market via laptop shows different status for my apps - an accurate list. The same list viewed via my X browser is different and not current. What's happening??

I am on the rooted .588 build (not deodexed). I installed the above file, rebooted, and I still cannot find QuickClock advanced. :(
Any ideas? When I go into "Manage Apps" the "Market Fixer App is showing up, but the "Force Stop" button, for instance, is not lit up. The "Uninstall" button, however is lit up (ie, selectable). I went into the Market App and Cleared the Cache - still no dice......

EDIT: NEVER MIND! I am an idiot. I thought the Market Fix app basically did its thing via the instal alone. In writing the above paragraph it hit me that it was an actual app that had to be run. So I went into the app drawer, clicked "Market Fixer" and sure enough, it ran. Everything now shows up as expected. I am still posting this so that anybody else making the same mistake will see the solution and not have to be embarassed like me! :-[:p

I CAN find my missing paid (pre-GB) apps on Market's website if I do a search of Market using my laptop. If I use my X, these are nowhere to be seen.

The majority of my 100+ free and paid Market apps have been re-downloaded without incident. But there are some apps that I can download for free, but can't find as paid versions (bought pre-GB).

So your paid apps like say for example (Musicsleep) are not showing up in the Market? Have you flashed the Market fix?

Downloaded OK, but I got an error message when I tried to install it:

"Error: Need busybox installed to fix this issue."

Does this mean I have to be rooted to install it?

BTW, searched Busybox in Market, found three versions by two different devs. Picked the one by JRummy16 called BusyBox Installer, which gave me the error message. Both others were by Stephen (Stericson) called just BusyBox and BusyBox - Donate.

Not sure what to do now. Should I have dl the other BusyBox or is this not going to work because I'm not rooted?

I figured out a little thing by accident, I only noticed a few issues with finding my apps from market after doing Gingerbread OTA but since I backed up with Titanium Backup I restored from my backup and then when the Market was open again the app showed in the Market again and reported it being installed.

I don't have the patch installed and this seem to work for me... But once again you need to be rooted..

The Market fix didn't seem to do anything
I am rooted, it did load, said fixed, and rebooted.
Running the Liberty/ApeX hybrid (love it!)
Just don't see my apps list all my apps (just paid ones)
I used to get notified for updates etc...
