missing menu options

I have a new Verizon note 5 and have activated developer mode, but I am still missing certain menu options such as "auto restart" which should live in the "Backup and Reset" menu. Any ideas?

I've never seen an auto restart option. I've always activated developer mode as usually, I root. I've seen auto restore, for like apps and stuff, but never auto restart. Maybe its a vzw thing.

I was just looking at a tips and tricks video and saw the auto restart option. I'm on ATT and don't have it either.

I read somewhere that option is only available on International Models... it is (or wpuld be) a nice option!
