Missing options in settings and black and white screen

Help please..

My s7's screen turned into black and white (after connecting to wifi) and there are missing options in my settings. I can't access most of my apps as well.

I think it's in power saving mode, but I can't turn it back into normal mode because of missing options.

I think you are in max power save mode. Can you swipe down the curtain and tap the battery icon? Should be an option to leave max power saving mode if I recall.

that's the problem there are no options/settings when I swipe down..
