Missing time bar on video

I have Samsung Galaxy S6. For one specific app the videos are not displaying the time bar and full size screen on the bottom. What matters to me the most is the time bar since it's very important. For the S3 and S4 tablets the time bars are there for the UFC app. But for the S6 it's not there. All 3 of these tablets are android and compatible with the UFC app. I already contacted UFC technical support and they are saying they checked their app even on some android tablets and it's working fine so they suggested it might be some default setting on the S6 that might be the problem since I already have the latest OS version for this tablet and latest UFC app.

I contacted Samsung and they can't figure out what setting that might be. I already checked the S3 and S4 today and the time bar shows up on all videos. But doesn't show up on all videos for the S6. The internet is working find S3, S4, and S6 tablets are all using the same wifi connection.

Does anyone here know what might be the problem?

Have you tried the usual? Uninstall the UFC app, reboot the phone, re-install? (Or clear cache/data on the app?)

Welcome to Android Central! Just to clarify -- are you talking about the Galaxy Tab S6? You posted in the Galaxy S6 phone forum.
