Missing "Use GPS satellite"

Hello,

I have an Everpad E7010 HD, with android 4.0.3 on it,
I want to use GPS, but when i go to Settings -> Location services, i only find 2 options there,
"Location service" : use the Wi-Fi and mobile data,
and "Location and Search" and it says "Give google permission to use your position..."

but i don't find the "Use GPS satellite" in that list,
does that mean that i don't even have GPS or what?
and how can i check??
and does the version on android might be a factor here?

It probably doesn't have a GPS chip. I can't find any information about it. Who made it?

Thank you for your reply, i searched the internet for a specification for this device but i couldn't find much about it either,
and a company called "Evertek" made it.

EverTek is a wholesale distributor that doesn't currently carry this item. So without a resource for data on the device it is a best guess scenario.
