MMS messages blank

I'm looking for someone to help. Have the HTC 10, stock, and am using (for the first time), the messages app that comes with the phone. In group messages, I have been told by two different people now, that when they receive my text in MMS mode, it is just my name with no message. Have looked through the settings briefly and don't see anything obvious. These messages are being sent as MMS so it's a true group text. Also, both people I'm having problems with are other Android phones and it doesn't matter if I start the group text or they do. Individual messages go through fine (SMS), so it clearly have something to do with MMS, but I don't know what. Please help me and thanx in advance.

What if you send a picture via MMS to a single recipient--do those go through ok?

Which carrier do you have? Try checking your APN settings to make sure they're correct for the carrier.

I will check the picture thing. My initial thought is they work, but I can't remember for sure if I've sent one so I will double check.

I have Verizon. Where would I check the APN setting and where would I find what they need to be?

Ok, sending a picture went through fine. Attached are the APN settings. Anyone know if they look right? A quick google search the article were 2 years old so I don't know if they've changed or not.

Yeah, I'm not sure how current these articles are. Try this one: https://apn.gishan.net/settings/os_1_13_android_0_internet_and_mms_settings_for_verizon.php. It mentions an MMS port of 80.

That didn't fix it. However, someone suggested using a different app (installed Google Messenger) and that fixed it. Now if I just figure out if Google Messenger can be customized....
