MMS messaging hit and miss

I've had the hero for over a week and I'm noticing that my mms messaging works only sometimes. It isnt the size i have one now thats only 12kb and it wont download it. Can anyone out there help me?

Having the same problem. Spoke to sprint today but they weren't much help, they basically told me to try a hard reset or bring it on to the sprint store to see if they can figure it out I'm the store. I will probably stop by the store tomorrow and I will post what I find out.

I backed up my profile, then I had a task manager program app that I removed then I did a hard reset. It seems to be better now. It sux doing a hard reset cause u lose all it apps but so far so good.

Tried the hard reset also and has seemed to worked so far.
