before, when data plans didn't exist ppl could still mms
in my current plan (rogers) it comes with unlimited text/video/picture messaging
but sadly, when i'm at home i usually turn off data and turn on wifi
howcome to recieve and send mms you need to turn it on all the time which is annoying
is there a way to edit the APN settings where mms doesn't require data to be turned on
it doesn't make sense why data has to be on, does that mean i'm getting charged for it?
when phones in the past didnt have data but still could send mms
