mmwave and Tmobile

And the p5 costs 699 instead of 599 bc verizon wanted MMWave support. Also this is why the us is paying $100 more than other countries. Canada is usually more expensive and it's still about $100 cheaper. Also apparently that's why the us is shipping out the devices 3 weeks later than other countries.

I would of been on with the sub 6 5g and not care about MMWave 5g since it's going to be at least 2+ years before we start to see reliable coverage. So google have to developer two separate devices one for US and another cheaper version for the rest of the world.

I believe I read somewhere qualcomm is the one requiring 5G when manufacturers get their chips in certain markets

Nope it's all over the news. I heard it on the verge and engadget podcasts. They heard it directly from google that th reason us lb b s cost the 699 is because verizon demanded the MMWave and they didn't want to have two separate phones on the us for some reason get they have it in other countries.
